Rock live.

During last night's live broadcast of 30 Rock (two versions, East and West coast), I got a great chuckle out of two Jack Donaghy lines:

"Men need alcohol. It gives us the ability to hit on women and then later, when we're married, to tune them out."

"I could really drink a 40 right about now."

Thanks to the magic of Hulu, I was able to see both versions. Pretty much the same except that Jon Hamm's "advertisement" for hand replace surgery was significantly funnier in the West Coast version wherein he was given a woman's hand than in the first broadcast, wherein he was give a black man's hand.

And the West Coast audience was a better one, laughing more and louder.
