Zack Wamp, an eight term member of the House of Representatives and maybe the next Governor of Tennessee, wants his state to think about seceding from the Union.

Seriously, somebody named Zack Wamp got elected to Congress eight separate times and is considered a serious political figure in Tennessee?

If that's true, I think we owe it to the rest of the states to at least consider whether Tennessee leaving might be good idea. And, as long as we're at it, the more normally named but clearly insane Rick Perry can take Texas and join them.

As long as they leave us Nashville and Austin.
